The day of fame and glory the National Day of Dubai.

Dubai national day, a day which brighten up the lives of not only the emirates but also the others.
Dubai national day takes place on the 2nd of December. This is the time when one looks back at the developments and achievements of their country.

Moreover, It’s an occasion for everyone to look back and be proud of.

Furthermore, million of people from all different part of the world gather themselves together, as a whole to celebrate this glorious day “the 36TH?national day of Dubai”.

There will be shows, events and fireworks in different parts of the UAE to mark the occasion.

In addition, the fun-filled and colorful events are to be held at public parks and shopping malls from December 1 to 4.

Lasting for four days, the festivities include daily fireworks at the heritage village, on the creek side, a colorful parade from sheikh Rashid palace to Hatta heritage village, parachuting shows, camel riding and many other competitions, demonstrations and exhibitions. There are also several activities specifically for children and many.

In detail, A total of 47 events are scheduled to be conducted each day at various heritage sites in Al Shindaga (Sheikh Saeed’s House, Heritage and Diving Village, Al Ahmadiah School, and Dubai Museum), Hatta Heritage Village, Deira City Centre, BurJuman and Mercato.

The other highlight of programs at the picturesque Hatta Heritage Village include Knowing the Emirates competitions, traditional food demonstration, camel riding, face painting, Union March exhibition, Police Band and Police Cavaliers shows, and Parachuting shows. The programs will take place between 4 pm to 10 pm.

The programs will offer fascinating glimpses into the emirate’s rich history, culture and traditions.

The visitors will be able to explore authentic Arabian culture and traditions.

Part of the festivities will be a mega exhibition of the best businesses of the UAE; music, poetry and story-telling sessions; and a grand dinner to top it all. On the National Day, the first Arabic opera will be performed by some of the finest artists from the region.

All this talks about music, events, shows is making me hungry therefore lets talk about cake that too the biggest banana cake ever yummy (you must be thinking I got one of those cake madness, not really). In fact, one of the major highlight of the celebrations will be the baking of the biggest banana cake in the shape of the UAE National Flag at the Dubai Creek Park. Also enjoy the traditional dances and songs which will also be organized at the same venue in the evening. Moreover fireworks will light up the sky on the first two days (December 1 and 2) of the celebrations at the Al Seef Street between 8.30 pm and 8.45 p.m.

A wide-range of programs, quizzes and competitions will be held for school children at the shopping malls. More than 10,000 giveaways will be presented to the visitors to shopping malls and public parks during the celebrations.

Furthermore, the Sharjah Museum Department is celebrating the 36th anniversary of the U.A.E National Day by holding celebrations from November 27 to January 3 at Sharjah Heritage Museum, Al Muraija area. The museum will displayed a UAE traditional dress and costume exhibition, the history of the formation of the U.A.E in a traditional wedding show, a floklore dance, and a number of fun-filled workshops for families. Various museums will also participate in a month long program of activities to celebrate U.A.E culture and heritage.
